Hi, this is Chaehyun. Nest & Key began in 2026, during a stretch when we found ourselves traveling for work across the SF Bay Area and Southern California far more than we'd ever planned. Renting out a home and becoming a renter elsewhere, back and forth, meant seeing shared housing from both sides — learning how rare it is to land with people who just fit, and how much work it takes to find them in the first place.
Nest & Key exists to take the luck out of that equation — making the right match something you can count on, not just hope for.
